Lime Ice Pops with Greek Yoghurt & Oreos
  1. Crush the Marie biscuits to form fine crumbs. Add the butter and crumble with fingers till smooth.
  2. Now, crush the Oreos after removing the cream layer and add the melted butter.
  3. Grate the lemon for the zest and squeeze out the juice.
  4. In the bowl beat the Greek yoghurt with a hand whisk on low speed until smooth. Add the lemon zest and juice along with the sweetened condensed milk, and whisk till smooth. You can add castor sugar if you are adding less condensed milk.
  5. Finally, add the cream, whisk until mixture is thick. Spoon into the cups and push an ice cream stick in the middle.
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes and top with the biscuit and oreo crumble and lightly press down to flatten.
  7. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. When ready to serve, peel the cups away from the pops.
  9. Your rich, sweet, creamy, delectable and tangy frozen Lime Ice Pops with Greek Yoghurt & Crackers are ready to be gobbled up. Believe me, they disappear in minutes.
