Instructions
  1. Place a tea bag in a glass container with approximately half a cup of water. Allow it to steep for at least two hours at room temperature. You could even put the bag in boiling water and cool it but I prefer it this way. If desired, add lemon or lime juice or fresh mint to add flavour. I used Lipton (it is light) tea bags to make this chilled and visually enchanting, summertime favourite drink.
  2. Take a shaker. Pour the lemonade (lemon juice, sugar, and water) then the pomegranate juice and shake nicely. You can add honey or jaggery or plain sugar in place of Demerara sugar. In a glass add the pomegranate seeds, mint, ice, and muddle; top with the tea and garnish with mint leaves and a lime wedge.
  3. Most important of all, this Pomegranate Lemon Iced Tea is truly summer in a glass; full of delicate flavour, light and sparkly. This mocktail has divine ingredients like homemade lemonade, fresh pomegranate juice, and fresh basil.
Recipe Notes

You can increase or decrease the flavour of the pomegranate according to your taste. I like it really light and pink. You can add your favourite flavours. Add or remove Pomegranate, according to your taste.
