Recipe for Mango jelly
  1. Cut agar agar into small strips and soak in 1 cup water for 15 minutes. Take the soaked agar agar in a saucepan, add 1 cup water to it and boil till smooth.
  2. Add mango puree to the agar agar paste. Whisk it well till blended.
  3. Now take your mould or any cake tin which I did and just rinse it once with water as it helps in unmoulding later.
  4. Pour mango agar agar mixture into it. Let it cool and set, in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  5. Cut and serve with fresh fruit.

You can even use any silicone cake moulds, chocolate moulds or even disposable bowls or glasses.

To quicken the process you can soak agar agar in water for 10mins then start cooking.

To unmould easily use a plastic mould or even disposable bowls or glasses.
