spring onion greens chopped

roasted crushed peanuts

Finely Chopped Garlic

Tomato sauce

Schezwan Sauce

Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok or a broad non-stick pan, add, garlic and onions and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
Add the capsicum, beans and carrots, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add the baby corn and sauté until done. Add vinegar, soy, tomato and schezwan sauces,
Finally, add the shredded cabbage and mix well. Add the salt.
Eventually, add the noodles and rice and give a final toss to the whole dish.
Garnish with the spring onions and the coarsely ground peanuts.

You can make only noodles or only fried rice the same way.
Boil the rice and noodles till they have a little bite in them.
