  1. Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken.
  3. Dredge it in the mixed flour.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and brown on both sides, about 1 minute per side.
  5. Once the chicken is done, add the chicken stock. Let it come to a boil.
  6. Then, pour the sauce over the chicken. Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens.
  7. Your Sweet, Sticky & Spicy Chicken is ready to be served with rice or any bread.
Recipe Notes

1. Cubed chicken or strips works best for this recipe

2. You can use regular sugar as well or jaggery

3  Adjust spice according to taste
