Take the chicken pieces in a bowl. The chicken should be washed and pat dry.
Add salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Now add the Mayo, cheese, and mix well.
Set aside to marinate for 2 hours. Coat the chicken pieces nicely
Skewer the chicken and grill on a pan.
Heat a pan and add oil to it.
Arrange the chicken skewers on it. Flip the chicken and grill from all sides.
Finally serve Chicken Malai kebab, hot with green chutney.

You can use processed cheese. I had mozzarella so I used that.
You can grill or roast in the oven instead of the pan.
