Firstly, prepare a tray and set aside. Apply butter or ghee on the tray and then line it with butter paper. Grease the butter paper nicely, as well. You can use a non-stick tray or silicone baking tray if you have it.
Next, sift the milk powder and cocoa.
Subsequently, take a heavy wok or Kadai and add the sugar. Now, add half a cup of water.
Make a sugar syrup of one string consistency and turn off the flame.
Next, add the sieved flour and stir to make a smooth, satiny sauce.
Pour it over the greased butter paper.
Allow to cool for two hours.
Finally, add the sprinkles, almonds and cut the soft chocolate into squares.
Fold in wrappers and store in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes
1. Add nuts of your choice while mixing the syrup and cocoa mix
2. Keep the chocolate plain or add sprinkles, choco-chips.
3. Cook in a non-stick Kadai and pour in a non-stick or silicone tray for best results.
