  1. Firstly, take fresh lychees; skin and destine them.
  2. Put them in a blender and make a thick puree with tiny bits intact.
  3. Secondly, whip the cream until it is nice and thick.
  4. Take a large bowl and blend the condensed milk and cream with a hand whisk.
  5. Pour in the pureed lychee and whisk till you get a homogenous texture.
  6. Your Kulfi mixture is ready.
  7. Pour into Popsicle or Kulfi moulds.
  8. No worries if you do not have them. Use disposable cups or glasses which work very well. Add an ice cream stick and you are ready to go. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. To serve, just run the mould under water and gently pull out the kulfi with a twist of the stick.
Recipe Notes

You can add chopped bits of cashews+ almonds+ pistachios

This kulfi can be set in the traditional kulfi moulds or in a block as well.

Chop it before serving. You can add fresh lychees while serving.
