Wash and deseed all the Jamun. Keep 2 tbsps. of chopped Jamun aside.
Take the rest in a blender and blitz with water, sugar and mint. Strain the juice as it could be really pulpy and squeeze half a lime. If you are making them for kids then do not add the lemon juice or mint as they may not relish it.
Add the chopped Jamun to the moulds and pour the juice into them. Place the wooden stick in the centre and if it doesn’t stick then try it after putting it in the fridge for an hour.
Freeze for 3-4 hours or leave it overnight.
