As March approaches, the online world fills with discussions surrounding the celebration of women. It culminates in International Women’s Day. This event symbolizes advancements and challenges in gender equality.

Emotions are not limited to being happy, eager, or sad. They span a much broader range. They are complex, nuanced, and sometimes overwhelming. But how do we navigate this labyrinth of feelings? Are we solely accountable for our emotional fluctuations, or are external factors at play?

    Jeetay ! you already know how inspirational you are for me and you chapter in this book will inspire many women to overcome their emotional traumas in a better and healthy way. Being a part of this book I also got the oppurtunity to open up about the emotional setbacks that I experienced in my life and how I managed to set this in a right way with love. Roma deserves a round of applause for bringing this project to all of us and Salute to each one of the co-authors in this book who proved nothing is impossible if we wish to overcome it with dignity, confidence and motivation.
