How I made Raw Banana Cutlet | Vrat ka Khana

Honestly, I have never made Raw Banana cutlets before and I attempted them with trepidation. But I guess experience with cooking worked for me and they turned out absolutely marvellous. I was adventurous enough to try out different shapes with my cookie cutter. I thought I would have to add Kuttu ka atta as a binder but I didn’t need too. Shall I tell you my secret for that? Well, I cut the bananas into  pieces and didn’t over boil them. I grated the pieces after boiling and peeling and the texture was nice and firm. It was not mushy or sticky and I could easily get them into a fancy heart, star and flower shaped.
