Instructions
  1. First of all, soak the rice for 15 minutes. Boil water and add the rice to it. Once the rice is 80% done, strain it and cool.
  2. Heat a pan or wok and once heated add the oil and fry the garlic till you get the aroma.
  3. Then toss in the spring onion whites or normal onion and sauté till translucent.
  4. Add the peppers and sauté for a couple of minutes and then add all the mushrooms and stir-fry.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage now so that it is nice and crunchy. When the mushroom and peppers are de cante add the sauces, vinegar, salt and sauté well.
  6. Finally, add the rice and mix gently.
  7. Add the pepper now. Transfer to a serving dish then add the spring onion greens.
  8. Serve this Easy Mushroom Garlic Fried Rice hot with or without a gravy.
Recipe Notes

When you boil rice see to it that they do not get soft.

Keep the rice and the veggies with a little bite in them.

A soggy fried rice is just not good to eat.
