Spicy Chicken Omurice Recipe

  1. Firstly, take the chicken and sprinkle some salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
  2. Next, heat a little olive oil and saute the chicken and cook till soft and juicy.
  3. Shred-it till its fine strips and not chunks.
  4. Consequently, boil the rice until al dente and keep aside.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or a broad pan, add, garlic and onions and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  6. Next, add the beans, carrot and boiled sweet corn.
  7. Add vinegar, soy, tomato and schezwan sauces.
  8. Finally, add the shredded chicken and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  9. Eventually, add the boiled rice and give a final toss to the whole fried rice.
  10. Additionally, beat 2 eggs with a little milk and salt. Make an omelette and place over a bowl gently. Garnish with the spring onions.
