Cut agar agar into small strips and soak in 1 cup water for 15 minutes. Take the soaked agar agar in a saucepan, add 1 cup water to it and boil till smooth.
Add mango puree to the agar agar paste. Whisk it well till blended.
Now take your mould or any cake tin which I did and just rinse it once with water as it helps in unmoulding later.
Pour mango agar agar mixture into it. Let it cool and set, in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Cut and serve with fresh fruit.
