Spicy Chicken Omurice Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of boiled basmati rice
  • 2 cups boiled chicken
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp of mixed herbs
  • 1/1 cup French beans chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup spring onion greens chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take the chicken and sprinkle some salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
  • Next, heat a little olive oil and saute the chicken and cook till soft and juicy.
  • Shred-it till its fine strips and not chunks.
  • Consequently, boil the rice until al dente and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or a broad pan, add, garlic and onions and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  • Next, add the beans, carrot and boiled sweet corn.
  • Add vinegar, soy, tomato and schezwan sauces.
  • Finally, add the shredded chicken and mix well. Add salt to taste.
  • Eventually, add the boiled rice and give a final toss to the whole fried rice.
  • Additionally, beat 2 eggs with a little milk and salt. Make an omelette and place over a bowl gently. Garnish with the spring onions.
