Physiotherapy really helps in rehabilitation, especially if you have been immobile for long. I like the way they introduce you to the body’s right way of functioning. In fact, I feel that most private fitness centres should have a physio on board, but the norms aren’t defined by the governing authorities.
Ask me about Physiotheraphy… I am surviving and so is my husband because of physiotheraphy. We both have slip disc and my husbands is of level 3 and me of level 1. Physiotherapy is something I never explored yet know deep inside after reading this that I needed one.
