Eggless Chocolate Custard Recipe

Eggless Chocolate Custard Pudding Recipe for My 6th Post for the  #MyFriendAlexa Challenge

While making this Eggless Chocolate Custard Pudding Recipe, I wondered who invented custard. I discovered that Alfred Bird an English food manufacturer and chemist made this great invention; eggless custard. He was born in Nympsfield, Gloucestershire, England in 1811. We should thank him for he invented a series of food products, most remarkably egg-free custard and baking powder. My dad used to say.” If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours” and that is what I try to do. Have you ever noticed that when you smile from your heart; nothing is more beautiful than a person who is happy to be herself/himself so eat my smiling Eggless Chocolate Custard Pudding and smile some more.

Chocolate Makes Everything Better

When you are feeling low you should make this Chocolate custard recipe | for yourself. Believe me, you will feel better. You will thank me later. A simple classic creamy dessert made with milk, cocoa powder and custard powder. The dessert is a mishmash of chocolate flavour and richness of the creamy smooth custard powder. The recipe is like the age-old custard recipe. Custard is not native to Indian cuisine but with innovation can be made to numerous dessert recipes.

How to Make Chocolate Custard

I like Chocolate flavour and for the first time made a dessert just for myself; Chocolate custard recipe which seems wobbly like a mousse. The blend of custard and chocolate results in a unique flavour and taste. Even a kid can make this lip-smacking dessert. Just whisk the milk, cocoa powder and custard with sugar in a bowl, heat and add milk and cream. Set it and cool it in a fridge.
