That statistics are quite alarming and disturbing too. But as you said most of the time it is neither serious nor everlasting. So it is important for people to know that if they are suffering or their known people suffering from any mental conditions, it is vital to share And seek help as early as possible. As it can be cured before it becomes fatal.
This shocking post is an eye-opener. I must say that most of the stats you mentioned were eye-openers for me. Yet another reminder to take mental health seriously.

Some of these points came as a surprise – especially the one where sleep deprivation is associated with poor mental health in the long run. Millennials and Gen Z are particularly susceptible to sleep deprivation due to a stressful life.
