That statistics are quite alarming and disturbing too. But as you said most of the time it is neither serious nor everlasting. So it is important for people to know that if they are suffering or their known people suffering from any mental conditions, it is vital to share And seek help as early as possible. As it can be cured before it becomes fatal.

I wish, people could know when to act, when to take next step, when to take help, Usually we don’t talk much about mental health and hence leads to serious issues. You have explained so well that even a normal person can understand and act upon if there is even a single symptom.

If people accept it earlier that they are going through a mental issue and seek out help and support it will be easier to cure these. With the growing awareness on mental health many platforms are now available to seek help and even the family helps. Though the statistics state that this is going to be very common amongst the generations to come it will also be hopefully easier to cure it.

This is informative. There is a course called the Science of well being you should check if you haven’t – it helps teach one tools to better their own happiness level. Social media and constantly scrolling through feeds is for sure a trigger of anxiety and depression so limiting the time one spends there helps.
