Mexican Tacos with Indian Flavour

Mexican Tacos with Indian Flavour| With Pictures and Video

My half Mexican family loves their tacos. My grandson asked me to make tacos and I churned out Mexican Tacos with Indian Flavour. I had no clue how, but then I wasn’t going to give up on it. Mexican tacos reflect the cultural background of the country. The experience begins with searing, juicy yet tender proteins (chicken, beans or mushrooms) mixed in a melange of spices and garnishes, and swathed in a crunchy tortilla.

About Tacos

It is good to make tacos as it is easy and you can pack all kinds of vegetables, eggs or chicken in those tacos and the kids will never know it.

Homemade Tacos are perfect for a family dinner, parties and more. Like most of my recipes, you can make these in all sorts of different ways.

Tacos possess these amazing qualities: something wholesome (chicken and veggies), something creamy (avocado), something tangy (ketchup or sauce) something crispy (taco shell), and lots of cheese.

Over time, the traditional Mexican dish has evolved to comprise of various varieties of proteins, vegetables, and grains. Each one of us have different dietary needs these days; gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or non-veg. There is a taco for everyone.

These fried taco shells are perfect for taco night.  Wow your family with these tortilla shells and serve the most delicious tacos.

If you want to make a vegetarian taco you can use kidney beans or mushroom for the filling. Innovate your toppings with individual taste.

These are truly amazing chicken tacos with easy-to-make onions and peppers and creamy avocado sauce!

Homemade taco shells.-loaded the warm tortillas with juicy, succulent and spiced chicken, creamy, fresh homemade guacamole, satiny cream, tangy salsa and gooey mozzarella cheese.  The tacos are melt-in-your-mouth tender inside bursting into a symphony of flavours. While the shell is crunchy and crispy.

Taco shells

My desi taco is a perfect blend of Indian and Mexican. Well, I didn’t have masa flour so I made do with wheat and flour and made a firm dough. Deep-fried the taco shells and loaded the warm tortillas with juicy, succulent and spiced chicken, creamy, fresh homemade guacamole, satiny sour cream, tangy salsa and gooey mozzarella cheese.  The tacos are melt-in-your-mouth tender inside bursting into a symphony of flavours. While the shell is crunchy and crispy.

omg, this is so tempting. We all are a big fan of Mexican food. And once a week, I either make Fajitas, Quesadillas , or Tacos. Need tried whole wheat version. What we get here is soft tacos and hard tacos and they are made with flour. Will try making it with your recipe and since we are vegetarians, I will substitute chicken with something else.
