Firstly, wash and pat dry the okra with a kitchen towel. Chop the top and bottom ends.
Next, slit the Bhindi lengthwise but do NOT cut it into half. Keep it aside.
Consequently, take Besan, Red chilli powder, salt, Cumin and coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, and garlic powder in a big mixing bowl. Mix them very well
Now, heat oil in a pan or Tawa. Add the cumin. Once it splutters, add the green chillies.
Next, add the bhindi and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or until they are tender.
Toss in between. Add the onions and then the peanuts.
Subsequently, sprinkle the prepared masala. Mix it very well.
Let it cook till nice and crispy.

How to cook Bhindi well
Choose tender green okra and when you snap the end, it should break off easily.
Wipe them dry
Don’t stir continuously when sautéing or cooking. Just toss them.
