The blog has jumped from 32nd to 14th spot in a month. I am just overwhelmed with all the love. Heartfelt thank you to all those following my blog.
When it all started?
My blogging journey started on July 26th, 2011. I started it just to pour my heart out. It was a stressful time and writing was my way of venting.
In 2014, after my Spine surgery, I started blogging consistently. I took up the 30 day Blog Challenge by Sarah and Kevin Arrow on Facebook. I had no niche and was just rambling. A dear friend, Bhavna suggested I focus on cooking for singles as that was what I was doing for myself. Well, that was my niche and I found my mojo.
The Blogging Saga
There was no looking back after that. I have been blogging consistently on various topics. Mainly food, travel, lifestyle, mental health. Blogchatter has been a solid rock in my blogging journey and many thanks to them. Done two A2Z challenges and the Alexa with them. Learning a lot and receiving lots of goodwill from them.
The Accolades–WordsmithkaurTop 100 Lifestyle Blogs
The accolades and the prizes followed, and I have made a whole new family. My blogging family of friends. Each one of you has contributed to my journey and heartfelt thanks to you all.
The Feedspot Ranking of No. 32 on the TOP 100 LIFESTYLE BLOGS, WEBSITES & INFLUENCERS IN THE WORLD has been the cherry on the cake. Time to blow my own trumpet
I just want to shout out with the sheer excitement. It has been a slow, arduous but fruitful path to success and recognition of the diligence is surely an incentive to do more.
