Custard Apple and Strawberry Jelly Dessert

This Custard Apple and Strawberry Jelly Dessert is my very own creation on a lazy Sunday. Jelly is a dessert which can be primed in diverse ways and is available in all kinds of colours and flavours. Children love jelly with its variety of colours and flavours and also because it is yummy, wobbly, and oh so jiggly. I love jelly as it is fascinating to see the jelly jiggle and wobble yet staying in place and on top of that the texture gives you an extraordinary relish while eating. Not only for kids, but jelly is a dessert appreciated by adults as an alternative to creams and cakes.

Ready to Make Jelly

Furthermore, the ready to make jelly is very easy to make, as you just add boiling water, and just set it. You can prepare it in advance which is very useful when you have guests invited as it saves a lot of time. You can create your own recipes with other delicious specialities, such as with fruit, custard or ice cream. For kids, you can transform jelly into an unusual, wobbly and slightly comic texture in different moulds.

Custard Apple and Strawberry Jelly Dessert

The market is flooded with Custard Apples and I am tempted to make all sorts of desserts with them. For this Custard Apple and Strawberry Jelly Dessert, I scooped out the pulp and blitzed it in the blender and added to the strawberry jelly. The taste was exceptional and scrumptious of course.
