Easy Black Pepper Chicken Recipe| Fast to Cook & Yummy to eat.

Pepper Chicken

This Easy Black Pepper Chicken Recipe is short and sweet, oops hot! There are times when you don’t want to spend more time in the kitchen as the family is chilling together or you are just in the lazy mode. Easy Pepper Chicken Recipe is the answer for you as it is super easy and super quick to make with no grinding masala but just basic condiments. The key to this delicious aromatic dish is the freshly ground homemade black pepper corns which add a punch to it. It is my favourite go-to dish when I am in a hurry.

Ingredients

250gms Chicken

1 large onion chopped

2 green chillies

½ inch Ginger crushed

1/4th tsp freshly ground pepper

50 gms Butter

1 tsp cornflour

1 tbsp water

1 sprig coriander

1 bunch Spring Onion

Few Garlic Chives

Pepper Chicken

Method

Plonk a big blob of butter in a cooker with the sliced onion and crushed ginger.

Now add the two green chillies, spoonful of pepper then add the chicken and close the cooker. Just let 2 whistles blow and turn off the gas.

Once the steam is let off open the cooker. The chicken will have released some juices.

So glaze it with one tsp of cornflower slurry to give it that gourmet touch. Finally add the chopped spring onion and garlic chives.

You can make the same recipe with chicken on the bone.
