One specific summer drink that is my favourite is the mojito and this is a Virgin Mango Mojito Recipe. A Mojito is basically a rum-based drink that has crushed mint leaves, lemon juice (citrus flavours) and sugar. Mojitos without alcohol are known as‘virgin mojitos’ and are considered as mocktails. Mocktails are non-alcoholic drinks which consist of fruit juices, syrups or soft drinks. Mocktails can be enjoyed by all who relish flavourful drinks sans alcohol.
If there is an epitome of the refreshing mocktail, the Mojito it is. The basic recipe of a Mojito has 5 essentials of lime, juice, sugar, sparkling water or soda water, and mint. Each of these ingredients is apparently precisely chosen to cure pangs of thirst due to the heat in summer; it is chilled, sweet, slightly acidic, very minty, and sparkling. Linked with summer the Mojito is customarily served over ice in a highball glass.
The recipe of a Mojito is very simple but while making a mojito follow a precise order to get the best results. First, the mint is added to the lime juice and sugar and then muddled in order to release the flavour from the mint leaves. Muddle gently with a stone or steel pestle until your kitchen smells minty. The juice comes next with the ice and soda water at the end.
If you normally enjoy flavoured drinks like me, there are many mojito versions and recipes; lychee for one. What I sometimes do is make popsicles out of this fruity mocktails and they are awesome in summer. The Virgin Mango Mojito is delicious and refreshing and can be enjoyed any time of the year. You can make this Mojito into a cocktail or mocktail and it is an easy summer drink recipe with mangos, fresh mint, and lime juice. The golden colour in a tall glass looks amazing and can be part of your party menu.
